How to select a refrigerated dryer?

The digital control modules are of standard configuration.

All models adopt standard-configured electronic instruction water dischargers.

To select a good refrigerated dryer, you must take into consideration the compressed air actual flow-rate, pressure, air inlet temperature, and the ambient temperature, as well as the required pressure dew point temperature (5 factors). The air treatment capacity of the dryer can be expressed by Qs = Qa x C1 x C2 x C3
product standard working conditions are formulated.
Inlet air temperature: 50? Ambient temperature: 40? Pressure dew point:3? Cooling mode: air cooling or water cooling
Refrigerant: R22 Inlet air pressure: 0.7Mpa Pressure loss: ≤0.02Mpa
Note: When inlet air temperature is higher that 65 ?, we recommand to use refrigerated air dryer with per cooler.
