L-10/7-250 ( L-13/7-250) natural gas compressors are especially designed for natural gas filling stations and they are also suitable for other applications where similar capacity and air intake and discharge pressures are required. The drive parts are reversely lubricated, the drive mechanisms are little worn out and the crankshafts are of high strength and rigidity. The differential high-pressure pistons and piston rods are spherically self-aligned, which enables free and linear movement of pistons. Visible control systems are provided, which run in a visible, intelligent and network way.
?Explosion-proof. Explosion protection technology of intrinsically safe circuit and protection technology of pressurized electrical apparatus are applied to the control system to ensure safety.
?Intelligent control. Intelligent control technology is applied to the control system, which may automatically test the load change and adjust the load of the compressor and command a real-time control over the operation of the compressor, greatly raising utilization ratio of the compressor and saving energy consumption.
?Visibility. The interface developed from Protool/pro V6.0 configuration software, when compared with conventional mode of instrumentation control, is visually representative and succinct and its abundant graphs, curves and tabulations realize man-machine interaction.
? Network. The control system may not only control the operation of a single compressor but also enable several compressors to correspond with each other and may correspond with currently popular PLC and DCS, FCS control systems and provide MIS system with running parameters of the compressor.
